About Us

Hi, I’m Lindsey Johnson, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner and the proud founder of Revive Wellness. I started this journey because, like so many others, I struggled with feeling my best. As I approached middle age, I found myself searching for solutions to regain confidence in both how I felt and looked. When I tried a weight loss injection and experienced life-changing results, I knew I couldn’t keep this to myself—I had to share it with others. The same goes for Botox; seeing how it transformed my self-confidence inspired me to help others feel just as amazing.

At Revive Wellness, I’ve made it my mission to help people in our community feel better, look better, and regain their self-confidence. I understand the challenges many of us face, whether it’s navigating weight loss, aging gracefully, or simply finding time to prioritize self-care. That’s why I’m so passionate about offering personalized care that truly makes a difference in my patients’ lives.

Beyond my work, family is everything to me. I’m a proud mom to four amazing daughters—two grown and two still at home. My husband and I spend much of our time cheering on our girls at their sporting events or enjoying the great outdoors together at the lake, boating and camping as a family.

At Revive Wellness, I combine my personal experiences with my professional expertise to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel empowered to take control of your health and wellness.
